"As an artist, I build style through years of learning and experimenting. Due to the parallel existence of painters and photographers in my being, my works show a symbiosis of painterly and photographic artistic expression. And vice versa."

👨🏻‍🎨 HIGHLIGHTS

🖌 PAINTING GENRES

something about painter

I was lucky to be born into a poor but happy family. The daily struggle for life’s needs, along with high moral and ethical principles, was the driver of the development of creativity and imagination. Due to such circumstances, I had a very versatile affinity, starting from a technician (graduate engineer), to jobs such as electronics lecturer, journalist, photograph, IT consultant and manager, graphic designer. Since 2014 I have been working as a freelance IT consultant, painter, photographer and publicist.

something about art

I build my artistic style through many years of learning, experimenting and observing. In painting I try to be free from conventions or some rules. The inspirational moment decides whether to use acrylic, oil or a combined technique. Whether it is reality, impression or abstraction. In any case, all my works are a mirror of my view of life, the environment and a reflection of my emotional state. The state of artistic creation is for me a mysterious “fourth dimension” of being.

Basically, I explore the world of colors, because for me art is the best promoter of social universal values. Colors and their diversity are witnesses to the possible harmony of diversity.

something about life

Art shapes my life path, because art, in addition to aesthetics, is also a presentation of socio-political movements, processes, evolution, development of civilization, culture, conscience, morality. Art is also the painting of historical events.

On the other hand, I met the most difficult aspects of life, from political persecution to the tragic death of my son. Through art, I learned to “find” positive inspiration, the positive side, but also to take care of how my art affects the environment.

📸 Photography genres

something about photographer

I connected my love for photography with my technical education and competencies. I went through the path of creation through commercial photography, street, fashion, people, portraits or weddings. As a photographer-artist, I had several solo exhibitions in the genre of art photography. As an artist I seek perfection and beauty. I worked as a fashion photographer for years, and I found universal beauty in my models.

something about engagement

Not only my photographs and paintings, but also my artistic engagement in general reflect my relationship to the world and art. Together with my team, we organised several solo and group exhibitions for other painters. Within the agency MerisCon ARTDesign, there is also an online art magazine MAGistral (bhmag.net), which I founded in 2017. Over 200 artists from around the world are regular members of the MerisCon ART Community.

If MerisCon ARTDesign authorizes you to submit e-signed releases, you agree to maintain copies of each e-signed release submitted to MerisCon ARTDesign for as long as the associated Media is available for download from MerisCon ARTDesign and for a period of three (3) years following the Media`s removal from MerisCon ARTDesign. You further agree to provide MerisCon ARTDesign with additional copies of any e-signed release upon request.

If Media is designated as model-released, it means the contributing member posting such Media has represented to MerisCon ARTDesign that the depicted individual(s) has/have signed a release permitting reproduction of the Media, subject to the restrictions contained in this Agreement, including, without limitation, sensitive subject uses. You expressly acknowledge and agree that MerisCon ARTDesign is not responsible for instances where a contributing member has misrepresented that he or she has obtained a signed model release for all individuals depicted in a particular Media. If MerisCon ARTDesign incorrectly indicates that a Media is model-released when it is not, MerisCon ARTDesign`s liability shall be limited to the amount you paid MerisCon ARTDesign for the use of the Media. If a Media depicts an individual and you use such Media in a manner that implies the use or endorsement of a product or service by depicted individual, you must indicate wherever the Media is publicly visible that the individual depicted is a model and used only for illustrative purposes. Under no circumstances may you use an Media depicting one or more individuals in a context suggesting that such individual(s) are endorsing a subject that might be seen as sensitive (as described above). Any license obtained through MerisCon ARTDesign is conditioned upon your obtaining all necessary third-party rights, releases and permissions. MerisCon ARTDesign makes no representations or warranties that it owns or licenses any rights nor does MerisCon ARTDesign grant you any rights including copyright, trademarks, or rights of publicity belonging to any person, place, property, or subject matter depicted in any Media. With respect to Media you upload as a Contributor, where such Media depicts one or more individuals, a model release document must be uploaded confirming that the individuals included in your Media have signed a written release. By uploading this document, you certify that the information contained therein is complete and accurate.

MerisCon ARTDesign prefers that its contributing users provide copies of release documents that include physical signatures for the individuals consenting to the capture and reproduction of the contributed Media. Acceptance by MerisCon ARTDesign of an e-signed release from a particular user shall not constitute a guarantee that future e-signed releases will be accepted from such user. MerisCon ARTDesign reserves the right to refuse e-signed releases, whether for a particular Media or from a particular user, for any reason.

If you are qualified to submit e-signed releases to MerisCon ARTDesign, you will be asked to separately represent and warrant, at the time of uploading a particular e-signed release, that (i) any submitted e-signed release was prepared in compliance with all requirements of the United States` Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act); (ii) such e-signed releases have been reviewed and accepted by each individual whose rights the e-signed releases purport to release; (iii) multiple e-signed releases have been submitted and shall be submitted for Media portraying the same individual, which Media were captured on different calendar days; however, only one single MR document/age group should be uploaded in the model release library ; and (iv) you have not submitted and shall not submit any e-signed release that is fraudulent or otherwise unenforceable.

DMCA policy

DMCA policy

Please read our Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy ("Policy") to get a clear understanding of how MerisCon ARTDesign ("MerisCon ARTDesign", "we", "us" or "our") addresses copyright infringement notifications and how you ("you" or "your") may submit a copyright infringement complaint.

DMCA policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy ("Policy") applies to the meriscon.com website ("Website"), "MerisCon ARTDesign" mobile application ("Mobile Application") and any of their related products and services (collectively, "Services") and outlines how MerisCon ARTDesign ("MerisCon ARTDesign", "we", "us" or "our") addresses copyright infringement notifications and how you ("you" or "your") may submit a copyright infringement complaint.

Protection of intellectual property is of utmost importance to us and we ask our users and their authorized agents to do the same. It is our policy to expeditiously respond to clear notifications of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") of 1998, the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office website.

What to consider before submitting a copyright complaint

Before submitting a copyright complaint to us, consider whether the use could be considered fair use. Fair use states that brief excerpts of copyrighted material may, under certain circumstances, be quoted verbatim for purposes such as criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research, without the need for permission from or payment to the copyright holder. If you have considered fair use, and you still wish to continue with a copyright complaint, you may want to first reach out to the user in question to see if you can resolve the matter directly with the user.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or our users, if you knowingly misrepresent that the material or activity is infringing. If you are unsure whether the material you are reporting is in fact infringing, you may wish to contact an attorney before filing a notification with us.

We may, at our discretion or as required by law, share a copy of your notification or counter-notification with third parties. This may include sharing the information with the account holder engaged in the allegedly infringing activity or for publication. If you are concerned about your information being forwarded, you may wish to use an agent to report infringing material for you.

Notifications of infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any material available on our Services infringes your copyrights, then you may submit a written copyright infringement notification ("Notification") using the contact details below pursuant to the DMCA. All such Notifications must comply with the DMCA requirements. You may refer to a DMCA takedown notice generator or other similar services to avoid making mistake and ensure compliance of your Notification.

Filing a DMCA complaint is the start of a pre-defined legal process. Your complaint will be reviewed for accuracy, validity, and completeness. If your complaint has satisfied these requirements, our response may include the removal or restriction of access to allegedly infringing material as well as a permanent termination of repeat infringers’ accounts. A backup of the terminated account’s data may be requested, however, we may not be able to provide you with one and, as such, you are strongly encouraged to take your own backups.

If we remove or restrict access to materials or terminate an account in response to a Notification of alleged infringement, we will make a good faith effort to contact the affected user with information concerning the removal or restriction of access, which may include a full copy of your Notification (including your name, address, phone, and email address), along with instructions for filing a counter-notification.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any portion of this Policy, MerisCon ARTDesign reserves the right to take no action upon receipt of a DMCA copyright infringement notification if it fails to comply with all the requirements of the DMCA for such notifications.

Counter-notifications

A user who receives a copyright infringement Notification may make a counter-Notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the US Copyright Act. If you receive a copyright infringement Notification, it means that the material described in the Notification has been removed from our Services or access to the material has been restricted. Please take the time to read through the Notification, which includes information on the Notification we received. To file a counter-notification with us, you must provide a written communication compliant with the DMCA requirements.

Please note that you may be liable for, including costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by us or our users, if you knowingly misrepresent that the material or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others or that the material or activity was removed or restricted by mistake or misidentification. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether certain material infringes the copyrights of others or that the material or activity was removed or restricted by mistake or misidentification, you may wish to contact an attorney before filing a counter-notification.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any portion of this Policy, MerisCon ARTDesign reserves the right to take no action upon receipt of a counter-notification. If we receive a counter-notification that complies with the terms of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), we may forward it to the person who filed the original Notification.

The process described in this Policy does not limit our ability to pursue any other remedies we may have to address suspected infringement.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy on the Services. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
